PEAC Students Seize Moot Court Championship
Feb. 21, 2009 -- For the sixth time in 16 years, Lewis and Clark's National Environmental Moot Court team earned the national championship at Pace Law School in New York.
This year's team, which consisted of PEAC students Tarah Heinzen and Erica Maharg, and second-year student Elizabeth Zultoski, triumphed over 67 other teams.

Mar. 28, 2008 -- PEAC is honored to have been nominated for the nationally prestigious ABA Award for Distinguished Achievement in Environmental Law and Policy, awarded by the ABA Standing Committee on Environmental Law.
Professor Irma Russell of the University of Tulsa College of Law, Director of The National Energy-Environment Law & Policy Institute, current chair of the ABA Committee on Global Oil & Gas of the ABA Section of Environment, Energy and Resources and member of the ABA Standing Committee on Professionalism nominated PEAC, stating:
